Individual leads range in cost from 50 cents to $80.
What you're paying for with leads is:
- Level of Interest (the more interested the potential client, the more the lead costs)
- Amount of Info (the more information the client offered on their situation, the more the lead costs)
- Recency of Acquisition (the more recent their request, the more the lead costs)
An "expensive" lead will be one that has a high interest, a lot of volunteered info, that made their request recently.
A cheap lead will either be low interest, not much info, and/or they made their request a long time ago.
We encourage new agents to spend about $250/week on leads for their first 6 weeks, and then we adjust depending on profitability.
