It doesn't cost anything to join Symmetry. There's no introductory cost, and there are no ongoing costs.

The ONLY cost to start is related to getting your license.

Here's what that looks like:

1. Enroll in a state-recognized prelicensure course. We'll help with this and it costs $150.
2. Take the state exam. This fee varies state to state, but is about $100.
3. Apply for your state license. This also varies state to state, but it's about $100
4. As financial professionals, we need to carry Errors & Omissions insurance (E&O). It's our professional liability insurance and costs about $400 for the year and can be paid monthly.
5. You'll also need your Anti-Money Laundering certificate (AML) and that costs $12.50.

Your TOTAL up-front costs to get licensed, insured, and ready to go is ABOUT $400 assuming you pay your E&O monthly.

The only ongoing costs are whatever you want to spend on leads.

Every single lead you call has specifically requested a call.

With that said, just because they requested the call doesn't mean they'll recognize your phone number, name, or voice when you call.

So there will likely be some resistance until the client realizes why you're calling.

We have LEADS! This is the best part of our business because everyone has equal access to them and you never run out of people to talk to!

We have people at the top of the company who have friends & family that don't even know what they do for a living.

With that said - helping friends and family can be incredibly rewarding.

No. Symmetry is an IMO (Independent Marketing Organization). They provide a framework for otherwise completely independent agents.

Each agent is independently contracted with the top insurance companies in the world (Mutual of Omaha, John Hancock, AIG, Foresters Financial, SBLI, Americo, etc...)

Furthermore, when you write a policy with a particular insurance company, you're paid directly by that company.

We have two lead sources:

One source is based on the Mortgage Industry. When someone originates a new loan or refinances an existing one, we mail them a card asking if their family could afford the house if anything happened to them. About 1% of people either fill out the card and mail it back, or call the number on the call.

 The second source are ONLINE ads. You order leads in the states you're licensed in and when someone clicks the ad and fills out the form, you get a text with that person's info.

Leads aren't required at all, they're only there if you need them.

If you need them, they vary in cost from $2-$50 and the only difference is how old the request is. New leads are more expensive, but they're exclusive.

Most agents leverage the lead system because once you get good at this, you can write your own paycheck.

There's no limit to available leads and once you learn how to convert them consistently to business - you can literally earn as much money as you want.

For several reasons!

1. Your network knows LOTS of real estate agents, and you'd just be another one. Chances are, they don't know many life insurance agents. You'd have the chance to set yourself up as THE go-to in your circles.
2. Real estate agents are limited to a geographic location. Life insurance licenses are reciprocal in every state and an agent can easily be licensed in multiple states and generate business from anywhere.
3. Real estate agents have to show up IN PERSON - often on evenings and weekends. Life insurance agents work on the phone and zoom. Giving you way more flexibility in your schedule.

For several reasons!

1. You get paid A LOT of money on your own sales! We have people making more money than surgeons without a team at all - just on their own sales. No one in MLM can say that.
   
2. We're true brokers. Instead of just selling ONE COMPANY's stuff - we get to truly work for our clients and find the best solution regardless of which company offers that solution.
3. We have LEADS! Everyone in MLM complains that they run out of people to talk to and they're tired of "bothering" friends and family. Here, ANYONE can win regardless of the size of their network.
